also, to answer the question why Yakyeon did not reveal to king damdeok about the whereabouts of her wife Doyeong. I think it is the request of Doyeong herself not to tell King Damdeok about her, and Yakyeon, as she still acknowledges Doyeong as queen of Gogoryeo, has to obey her. I think Yakyeon considers the request as an order from the queen.

king damdeok became king gwanggaeto who later on declared himself as the emperor of goguryeo. he decided to be emperor to equalize the title of houyan leader. Sad to say, this King died at a very early age for unknown reason. He is only lived for 39 years.

@SoloPr0ductions he was one of the main people but he got sick and then after recovering he stoped doing this drama, the company face a fatal lose because of him, not only that but there was a girl in the begining who was the one who told him to throw the pipe that was poisonus, she stoped acting too and they faced a big lose there too, their problem was the didnt make a contract and thats why they had all this loses.

Damdeok is good-hearted and compassionate but he needs to check Ko Chang!! And picking Yakyeon for his queen may come back to bite him in the butt with Ko Chang acting like he is. I don't know - I feel sorry for Dongyeon!!
