Brilliant idea on the part of Autodesk. Not only does it help people with free training and software it also makes Autodesk's products more valuable to companies. When a company makes a decision of what CAD/modeling software to buy having a large pool of people knowledgeable with a piece of software lowers the cost associated with training their employees.
