@BigTripp509 well, the only problem with legalizing weed is that we will ABUSE the right..just like the freedoms we currently have? WE ABUSE OUR FREEDOM..i.e. talking on cellphones while driving, getting drunk and driving..smoking pot and driving...NOT good for driving machinery.

I agree If you drive while stoned you should be arrested just like if you drive while drunk, BUT if I go home after work and smoke a joint to wind down from the day, What effect does it have on you or anybody else?
