so how did you get ahold of that book? in az i was looking for info in writing that wasnt on the internet and the only law library i could find is at asu, well to use that one you must be an asu law student or a grad of law at asu.
@cgspeeddemon1 That book, belongs to my main attorney, Stephen J. Wasley. He loaned it to me for a while or rather we left it among all my court document that we had in trial and we never removed it, until I finally remembered to carry it over to him. But on your ASU library is actually public. They may have a different loan agreement with non-students or non-grads, but it's a state university and I don't think you can legally be denied access to the library as a tax paying citizen.
@Delticola no loan needed.....they wouldnt even let me through the doors. the security gaurd was the one who said you must be a law student to use the library and when i tried to speak with the admin they wouldnt return my calls or emails. now the regular library on the other hand i have used before, for some reason its just the law library they wouldnt alow me to use
@cgspeeddemon1 Pickup your telephone, call the director of the library, let them know what you need, to review some material within the library, that you are an arizona citizen and you respectfully demand access to the state resources found in the library. If they don't meet your request call the presidents office for the university and make the same polite and respectful demand. If needed pay a constitutional attorney $50.00 to call them for you.
@Keithattal1 They claimed that I possessed turtles without permits, permits that they wouldn't issue, permits that were not legally required under the state law or the federal law. But seriously, I tried for about 12 years to get permits because I knew something like this might get out of control, but they won't issue permits to private citizens. As it turns out they have no lawful authority to even "require" permits. So they have no lawful basis for any of their actions, their "regulation."
