me referia a la diseccion de la vejiga, yo prefiero hacer la diseccion de la fascia pubovesical, previa a la histrectomia, no muestra esa parte en el video, y no se ve como sujeta el fondo de saco con los ligamentos. en todo caso es de buena intencion

Yo hago primero la histerectomia y despues la diseccion de la fascia pubovesical para posteriormente hacer la plicatura. En este caso en particular los ligamentos uterosacros y cardinales no eran una opcion para fijar la cupula por lo que se hizo una fijacion de cupula al ligamento sacroespinoso con un abordaje lateral a la vagina.
