Yes! it's legal here in Sweden and you can also take your gocart to the work. pretty bizarre huh? :)

I ride my 4x4 Suzuki around the streets of Phoenix, Arizona. Keeps the gas from going bad in my garage. I even ride it 15 miles one way, across town. Just not allowed to go on the highways or freeways.
