Just some corrections: Khitans had Manturia and Mongolia (outer and inner) and Western Khitans moved to the West and controlled today's Xinjiang. @ellenloverose 我很喜欢维族的舞蹈。但它很复杂，身段眼神还有表情都要配合着，技巧方面也很难。身为汉族想跳好，我不说没可能吧，但很难。维族同胞从小文化耳濡目染，这些对舞蹈表现力有很大的帮助。
神韵的舞蹈在网上也能找到。我看过一些，说实话基本功很扎实。想来在那个团里的演员的待遇应该比国内大多的舞蹈演员好，而且也注重舞台布置、服装等。
现在国内演艺团体滥竽充数的极多。都知道舞蹈是门辛苦的艺术，不下功夫不可能有好的作品。但人心浮躁，真正苦练基本功的、钻研舞蹈的人寥寥无几。也不能全怪他们，一个什么“星”唱首歌演个广告的酬劳都一堆零，光考艺术团体的演出挣工资，还要想着温饱问题，在练功上面的时间就少了。

But when the late comer turks come to the region, they customerily slaughtered anyone who aren't muslim. As a result, Chinese pulled out of the region but recovered it later under Qing. Sinjiang is part of China, was and will be. You can burn or bomb all the bridges or schools or yourselves but that does not change this political reality. "National" does not carry the connotation of "one nation". Political reality is based, ultimately, on the forces to carry out unity and eliminate division. You do not have to agree with anything. Just some corrections: Khitans had Manturia and Mongolia (outer and inner) and Western Khitans moved to the West and controlled today's Xinjiang. What PR china did in Xinjiang other Chinese rulers didn't do is massive immigration of Han Chinese in the region. Your dream of an independent Xinjiang is not realistic, a dream basically. Also, remember Hui, Mongol, Sibo and Tajiks don't endorse "East Turk" movement.
