  • Thanks Bro; that was my first competition 4 years ago; I've refined my technique a lot since then - I'm looking forward to getting back on the platform in the near future.

  • Thats all heart brother, minus the fact that your normal size competing with giants, Id like to see you jerk the weight get underneath it and lock out, instead of push press.

  • what is the usual weight class/time/kettlbell?

  • strong people usually go for a 24 kg...

    but a 12-16 is more than suffcient in the beginning

  • @ORTprod no weight classes, sometimes they are 10 min sometimes they are 20m, men typically use 24kg or 53lbs and women use 16kg or 35lbs

  • Great work, however, the title indicates a 20 min. cycle and it ends just after the 15 min. mark. It would have been nice to see the finish and what the numbers were for both of the guys.

  • Yes, unfortunately the camera reached its limit and stopped too soon! This is just a small example of what we do in competition, hopefully you can join us in September, Toronto and see a great deal of sportsmanship and performance.
