If you're being serious unlike my last post, then I'm sorry but I was joking because obviously a wireless blue tooth mouse is not better for parrying, maybe for alpha counters in street fighter alpha, but not parrying. Honestly wireless blue tooth mouses are where its at when it comes to good defense in the Alpha series.

Look that Ryu didn't know how to lp dragon punch or focus attack. I'm sure if he did the match would look quite different. Anyhow Rufus would only be broken if he can do that and had a Zangief level health bar. If anybody can conform he takes abnormal amounts of damage please do.

the problem isn't only the fast dive kick (ok, its the most important one) but u see, he has a really long poke/safe thing, his moves do nice cheap an really really safe (most of then were EX so can't really be sure bout the non EX versions)

But still he is too fast... toooooo fast for a fat guy (fat guy would mean slow and strong, not fast and strong...)

No surprise he's broken. He has a dive kick, one of the stupidest, most broke-ass attacks that Capcom ever introduced into their games. Akuma, Wolverine, Magneto, Q-Bee, Yun... now Rufus. Nice. DIVE KICK = PWNAGE.
