Critics can't hold a candle to an artist who sounds like nobody else and bleeds what they're singing. If I can feel you through a song and not just ignore you to danec when I'm drunk because the bass is so loud then I'm actually getting a connection with an artist and not a computer's sound program. :)

It is so rare these days to have an artist who sounds this amazing live! I wish she'd release an acoustic EP of her various live performances at St. Lukes.

Side Note: I had no idea critics were being so harsh on her! I bought her debut album the day it came out and have been listening to it non-stop. I suppose these are the same people who think Justin Bieber is Grammy worthy. Have we gone so far off the beaten path that we can't even recognize true talent any more? How sad.
