@AmericanPowerBase Why ? When I said "too hard" I meant moves, which are not as soft as in Shotokan (whatch Kanku-dai and Kururunfa from Goju) diffrencies between styles are quite big :) ) Shotokan, Shito Ryu and Schorin Ryu are from the same master, his students started those styles. Goju ryu and uechi ryu are from other line, but maybe it is Schorin Ryu... As I said I think that it's goju ryu or uechi ryu, I am not sure...

@XEROX161991 Looks like a variety of traditional Okinawan styles. I saw elements of Gojuryu as well as Uechiryu and others. The video said there were 4 masters representing different styles who performed demonstrations, so it must have been a combined event. With 6200 participants, it must have been a huge event.

This is Goju-ryu or Uechi -ryu ? I think it's too hard for Shorin, Shito or Shotokan (which I personally train).

@KaizerDraco Bushido is a Japanese samurai concept. Karate is Okinawan. Karate does not adhere to the samurai's moral compass. Karate and the practice of kata are done for a variety of reasons, not just fighting. Kata is culture. Culture is what makes Karate Karate. Those who practice kata practice Okinawan culture. That is the spirit of karate.
