  • Thanks for the video - I buy cantonese roast chicken and roast duck every once in a while, and I can never replicate how the butcher chops it. I finally figured it out with your video.

  • no one use gloves when cutting meat. it is to slipery and the chances of you cutting your finger is higher. look at all the cooking shows no one use gloves when cutting
