Fun Fact: The reason that Il Duce has a cigar in his mouth is because Billy Connolly would not stop smiling during this scene.

Also, Il Duce was orginally supposed to throw blood-filled condoms on the ground and stomp on them to give the illusion of multiple shooters, but the condoms would not break.
