bieng a raptor bander myself, did seem to take way to long to band and process...........a lot of repetative molt counting!!

Always appreciate research to help any bird of prey prosper and thrive as they deserve to do....but must admit I was troubled by the lack of a " sense of urgency" to get the bird released as soon as possible...sorry, just my observation

@penngrey i also agree but mostly i dislike the banding i think a difernt material should be used as aposed to metal bands

I love them. They are great grouse hawking birds.
