I love Placebo, one of my favourite bands and I think that people can do confusions about the meaning of their lyrics. Lyrics on their album 'Meds' are totally suicide and depression-related, and maybe a part of the rest of their songs, but I don't think it's a reason to let people get suicide with their songs as justifications.

@whowantsdrugs I never said they were an emo-band. I don't think that in no way. But Meds has a rapport with troubles because of drugs and diseases, and so depression. A band who talk about these in their lyrics isn't necessarily an emo band, it's themes that we can find in other type of bands. I'm not emo and I don't like emo-bands, but I love Placebo and we can't deny that their Meds album treats about these themes, no ?

no me gusta mucho placebo como antes xD pero la letras me identifican mucho ahora ,ese es el motivo del porque escucho tanta musica como esta , y no ando destructiva como un dia x asi que en serio no escucho weas feas feas xD
jolie, je suis aussi grand fan de placebo mais je trouve juste un peu dommage que la majorité des gens font l'amalgamme entre leur musique et le morbide ou le suicide, malheureusement trop de personne de leur publique se servent de leur creation pour laisser leur depression s'evader
@Albatroce78 La chanson en elle-même est quand même pas mal dans ce sens là... les autres je dis pas... mais quand on parle de pills et du reste, c'est relativement transparent. (C'est tout du moins mon avis personnel, et ce même si je sais que l'amalgame à la longue, c'est too much)
