We have a problem with a neighbour with Schizophrenia who has serious delusions about a previous female neighbour. He has already been convicted of harassment. Both myself & my landlord have tried liaising with the local mental health care but they have been totally useless. Does anybody know a national authority which deals with Mental Health so we can try & stop there from being another tragedy like this? Thanks!

What an absolute tragedy, indeed. Its terrible what people will do to one another.

I know that there are people who believe that the police are always there to protect you, but it rarely works out that way.

I pray that this family will find some way to carry on.
