1. It dose not cost 250,000 a year to house these residents try 60,000, yet another grossly neg number youve pulled from the sky
2. The youths that are being placed in these facilities are not first time offenders on misdemeanor crimes and if they are why not hold the corts responsable for inapropriatly placing these youths
3. Really breaking kids jaws for talking on line or stealing a cookie
