I am so sorry to hear about your father passing. I lost my father when I was 18... I feel for you. It is a tough thing to go through at a young age, but I promise it gets easier. You will remember all the good memories and keep them with you everyday. You will be reminded of him in the tiniest ways, and realize how much apart of him is in you- he planted a little seed inside your mind,.... He is proud of you, and he is with you every moment of every day. :)

Very very good. I'm sorry it was so quick though xD. Very smooth light and strong voice. Makes me feel safe which is why this works so well. Bird noises also helped me relax.
