Canola, vegetable (soybean), corn and so on is all from genetically modified crops. It's CHEAP, highly refined oil that poisons your body. And these companies have the gall to claim "Heart healthy, loaded with ALA and Omega-6." TIP- the majority of Americans are already overloaded with Omega-6 fats.
You want good oil that isn't poison, stick with coconut for higher heat and olive for splashing on roasted or sauteed veggies.
@Qjemuse Not true, I do it all the time with Salmon and now Tilapia, tastes just as good as it does fresh...but there are fish you can't do so it with...like Perch, Cod, Flounder, etc. But there are other ways to cook, bake, or fry those, in a healthy way. =)

the best way to cook a fish is just to steam it. it's the easiest and healthiest and much less trouble. and Im preaching.
that said you cant really do it with frozen fishes
