  • how could anyone dislike this vid? This kid has scoliosis and instead of just laying there complaining about it he's actually doing something, good job.

    For starters you should buy some whey protein to take right after your workouts, and you want to eat 1 gram of protein per pound in your body (if you weight 150 eat 150 grams of protein a day) and your main sources of protein should never come from supplements or shakes.

  • @gobstopper9991 You look great regardless. You're still lucky. You could hardly notice it at all. I walk all high and low because of my slightly tilted waistline. It's not terrible, but could strike your self-esteem sometimes. However, earlier when I first saw your video, you made me get up from my lazy ass and restart my P90X routine. Just finished my chest and back and now drinking whey pro. Seeing someone with scoliosis look this great really inspired me. No more excuses. Thanks man.

  • your at a good place to start seriously lifting because all of your testosterone is freed up because you have very low fat. p90x looks like it gets alot of people abs, but no other areas of your body are really impressive. go do bench and bicep curls in a gym.

  • @gobstopper9991 If you want to grow, take 3/4ths of your body weight, eat atleast that much protein in grams a day bro. for example, one 10 oz steak and a protein shake for breakfast, and youve eaten around 100 proteins. its not that hard if you just go for the right foods.

  • @gobstopper9991 his boner comment is funny, but the rest of his advice is stupid. Normal teenagers have an incredibly fast metabolism. The muscle you gain is what you get. You'd have to pound protein shakes down, like 4 or 5 a day to gain muscle in any real quantity.

From the looks of it you look like your in your late teens, so your body is going to be able to burn ridiculous amounts of calories just because of your genetics. When I started college my metabolism slowed and I was able to put on muscle. I would just wait it out, because even though you think you will be skinny forever, your metabolism will slow and it will either be fat or muscle. Your choice.

In essence, downplaying their hard work by saying they have a weird skinny style is not "legit" advice. The person in the video clearly has a Ectomorph body type that makes it more difficult for him to get bigger. As such, you were just being a douche bag and someone called you out on it.

  • no shotgun would be the best supplement to take. ive been on it for a while and whenever i take it makes you feel like a super human, like you can do anything... and ya p90x is for a fat people only thing i do from that is the ab ripper x, so do free weights much better.

  • Actually the P90X is useful for gaining mass, and even moreso when the user alters the exercises for more weight and less repitition. You're looking fit for 17, don't pay attention to these clowns. They're probably a bunch of fat losers anyway.

  • @zerolegends22 lol.. p90x isn't some gimic..there isn't nothing magical about it. p90x isn't some pill you take 3 times a day and the fat will magically burn off. This is a work out, a very intense work out. If you stay dedicated then the result will come.

  • if u want to gain mass EAT MUCH not till you throw up but till your full everyday at least 4 times and dont worry if u get a little fat on it makes easier to gain mass ant it can be removed in 1 week. im 15 and i work ourt in a gym 4 times a week for a year now ant i weight 158.4 lbs\72 kg with almost none fat :)

  • @gobstopper9991 Just a note on that, 45 min may be a bit too much, beyond 20 min, your muscle starts to break down, unless you have a really good protein shake . if not, everyday try to run faster within 20 min, it bruns a lot of fat and prevents muscle breakdown.
