I don`t think he made the cartoon videos, he directed all the videos from her Deep River and Ultra Blue album, but I read in an interview that someone asked Utada Hikaru if she would like to use the FLUXIMATION.

I think she made a good choice to use FLUXIMATION.

it is, the girl is her. when they were creating her however, they had a hard time darwing her and kept making her look like a boy XD
