actually telekinesis is quite real although criss isn't legit it is possible to do. go to www.psipog.net and try some of the excerises. Even if u don't get ne results at first you should still be able to feel the effects of moving and manipulating energy in yourself and other things.

Theres no such thing as telekinesis,check out banacheks pk silverware dvd and you'll be bending forks and spoons exactly how criss does in about 2 hours.

As for moving the fork on the ground,buy some loops its a strong type of invisible thread you can get in magic shops.Moving a fork is one one of the most basic routines you can do with them.
