actually you be surprise that it can if you don't take care of your mac, it can get a blue screen of death..

i kid you not sir check it out.

there has been work on the new mac's to prevent that.

the only reason a mac wouldn't get a virus is cuz most software out there aren't for macs.

but there still viruses out there that can do something to your mac, the only reason i have that program is to just to be safe when i download file like music, music is tended to have a virus in it..
