uh what problems have they had with using mechanical pencils and scantrons i am a college student who only uses mechanical pencils and have never had any problems with using them

@bmmartinfan4life at my middle school there was like a regulation against it, i think its because they just wanted everything to be standard #2 pencils. pretty ridiculous, but nonetheless..sigh*

Did you know most mechanical pencils are #2? I used them for scantrons every time, not one problem.

@IFireandIce I know! 0.7 lead is the same as number 2 pencils -- but my school always required us to use "regular" pencils anyway... and I take graphic design so I can't use mechanical pencils for sketches :)
