  • I saw him in this role and he lifted the roof ... at that time he would have been about 60 ... amazing. Later on I saw his Otello ...

  • Had a lesson with this great singer once, wasn't ready to do what he said, but I suddenly understood a lot more! One of the Greatest Otellos of ALL time, and certainly one of the great dramatic tenors of all time. RIP, Charles Craig.
