Been there-done that. AEF Blue in 2003. I remember building allot of the stuff there. Boy was it hot. Put in 2.5 miles of pipe and took out 1.5 miles. Crappin in the Cadillac's and eating in tents. Remember the wagon wheel and Thursday Bingo? Those were the day's lol. Thanks for the memories.

this is awsome! i was there back in sept 02 for 6 months. i worked night shift ramp for about a month, then night shift rcc for the rest. pulled a bunch of bladders and cleaned up a couple that burst. this video brought back memories. thanx!

Thats funny, the Qatari locals I met while I was stationed here seemed to like me. We would share jobs, give one another water, and converse cassually like brothers. I even had a store owner give me a free drink out of friendship. Doesnt sound very hostile to me.
