Good video. at 8-11(Cheney winning) Homer is not rewarded a touch that outside of the US would have been his. Cheney makes a preparation and even does it with arm movement and pauses at which point Homer comes out in what is called flunge in the US but where I'm at is called fleche without crossing over. Cheney continues the ref sees attack/counter attack point for Cheney. There was also a ''phantom parry/riposte at some point before this also given to Cheney. Interesting bout.

I was there when this bout happened! Y-12 was taking place when this division happened so I ended up watching it.
