@gambit2314 The fall of the Roman Empire was not caused by racemixing. Assimilation of periphery tribes actually ensured Roman dominance in some ways (look at Romania or France: both Latin countries today).
It was caused by over-extension and then Germanic invasions which weakened the empire. Finally, Roman culture kept existing, it's just that their imperialism failed. That's a *good* thing, not a bad one. The "white world" is presently not an empire, so any comparison is meaningless.
