@FLYBOYZ776 There are a lot of variables, like your interface and microphone, that will be a factor in getting you up and running. I will DM you the link to tech support as it's hard to help someone out via YouTube comments... Thanks!
@14jullian You don't need to go to Audio Setup first, simply drag the .MP3 file from the folder it resides in onto the track display and you should be good to go! You can also use the Song>Import File command to load in audio files like MP3s from the menu.
I just want to record a simple Hip Hop song Someone please help me ASAP. It wont even record my voice. I got Studio one for christmas im a beginner! Please help.......

@rbsgena to import instrumentals you need your track to be in .wav format. You can use a program like audacity to load an mp3, and export it to .wav easily. Then save your .wav to a location you will remember, once in studio one click on the 'files' tab in the bottom right corner, navigate to your instrumental, then drag it into your timeline. You might need to adjust the volume settings of that track. Other then that, you should be ready to go.
@rbsgena go to song- import file- then choose your file. if it wont let you open/click on the one you want that means youre going to have to convert it into a wav. file. i use a program called switch for that but once you convert the file it should let you download it.
Can I add an instrumental and do a cover using StudioOne. I just want to drop the instrumental on and put vocals on it.
