I saw Perez on this tour back in '03. It was like watching a  young latino Springsteen. Just freaking amazing. It's a crime that he wasn't a huge start.

this song sung by Franky really is THE best cover of any song I have ever heard. You can really hear the emotion! The hard work he had to do to make performing his dream has really paid off, the guy is amazingly talented.

He deserves to be better known, I have both his CD's and all the songs on it are breath taking.

If only I could get this onto my Ipod along with my copy of the original!

Got a chance to see Franky live in Minnesota a few summers ago. He's a hell of a performer, and a nice guy (I got a chance to talk to him briefly after his set). This is a good video to see.
