Sorry but the feeder and transmission lines were already locked out. It was the wind "galloping" the wire, NOT induction....... I was the troubleman on patrol when I shot the video
for those who didn't get it>.notice that another lines of poles are not moving so much ...that movement is caused by electromagnetic induction caused by short circuit or drawing a phase to ground /phase to phase arc, not by a wind!...it causes that very much current flows trough the cables, and big current means big electromagnetic induction ...whereas the Earth has it own magnetic field, induction of cables causes it's movement in the field of the Earth (electric motor principle)
