I lived in Everett from 2005 to 2008 and loved rail fanning in Mukilteo and every where up there. I'm native to Phoenix and rail fanning is nothing here. I had a janitorial account in Bellview and loved that bridge! I never got to see anything on it so thanks for a real treat!

@Railfreak78 Glad that you enjoyed it. The bridge still stands, but apparently will not see trains again due to the line being removed south of it. I'm fortunate to have gotten to do a cab ride across it when I did!

Why did they have to stop service here? Who wants a bike path anyway? A train is way better. Stupid King County and thier silly plans, hopefully they fail and some kind of train (light rail, commuter rail, freight, something that will keep the tracks there) run again...

thankfully, the bike trail plan seems to have gone under, and now all the tracks have been rail banked. hopefully now they'll bridge the gap left by the widening of I-5

This was in the cab of the Spirit of Washington Dinner Train in Renton, WA. They would let you sign a release to visit the cab, and occasionally the crew would let you ride along.

They've since moved to a new location, and I don't think it's an option anymore.
