In Japan, the first Star Force is very popular. According to Game Center CX, Star Force is "a monumental work among shooting games. This game revolutionized the world of shooting. The exciting sensation of shooting as much as you wanted in rapid-fire quietly settled into users' hearts. Unaware of that passion, caravan tournaments occurred around the nation. Technically, apparently Toaplan developed this, not Tecmo.
Tecmo only published it.

@RocMegamanX Really? I did not know that. I thought TECMO made all of their games on the Tecmo 16 hardware.

@MysticArksRevenge
I guess that's my bad, but I could've sworn Toaplan made at least ONE game for Tecmo...or I must be thinking of this game called Vimana or something.
Man, I wish Toaplan self-published more of their games. That way, they could have had a compilation of them right about now.

@RocMegamanX You must've been thinking of Vimana. That one was made by Toaplan, but distributed by TECMO.
