I saw Joseph Hill, and Culture in Antigua, Summer 1980. The Rastafarian movement on the island was at its peak. There were thousands of rastas, and young militants. The police froze as most everyone smoked ganja pipes. The crowd went wild when they played, "Natty Dread Taking Over." It was the anthem of the movement. It was about consciousness and togetherness. It was about one love. It was one of my best concerts, EVER.
