Does the Zen have a search feature? My wife's ipod nano broke. We never liked it much anyway, but she loved that it had a search feature where she could just type in the song she was looking for. The Zen looks great and her birthday is soon. If it has a search feature I'm sold. =)
hey... what do you think of the sd feature... how well dos it work for you? do you have to import the files from the card to the zen or can you watch vids/ listen to music w/o importing....thanx
Once you insert an SD Card, you can view the files through a menu. The media is not integrated into your player's library. You do not need to import the media to your ZEN to view them. I find the SD feature relatively useful, even if there is no integration.
Speaking of the memory card, do you know how many gigs(on the memory card) the player will support? I have an 8gb Zen, will my player support an 8gb card? Or do I need to go lower, like a 2 or 4 gb? Thanks!
The ZEN's SD Card Slot can handle SDHC, which means it can support high capacity SD Cards. It can support up to 16GB, so it can definitely support an 8GB SD Card. :D
Well, you can use the software bundlled with the player in the CD. Or you can download it from their website, it comes with a Video Converter designed especially for the ZEN, kinda. Anyway Good Luck.

I use the software included in the CD. But, if you prefer not to install that, you can just connect your ZEN and drag-and-drop the files.

The Creative ZEN Mozaic is the predecessor of the Zen V/Zen V Plus, not the ZEN.
