How long ago was the surgery?  How is the patient looking/doing today? If I understand the "pursestring," is it sewed into the muscle and tightened to lift. How long does it take the patient to regain muscular control?

they put gas on my face and i go out cold

but when i come out i wont look as old

when its over i will be in pain
