MGS 4 had a great gameplay but was by far disappointing in the story department and just didn't deliver on the satisfying conclusion..furthermore the boss fights were lacking the creativity that was in the predecessors..so i can see perfectly why MGS 4 didn't Win GotY and Fallout did..but does it really matter? I mean, theres a Fallout GotY edition and a LBP...so yeah...just go with your preferences...gaming isn't that huge yet to care bout meaningless awards.

I liked the VATS system a lot in Fallout 3 and Bethesda was doing something they never did before...and that was jump into a more Mature and Satirical Game rather than a typical Medieval game...also it was a nice change to have a sorta turn-base rpg element and choose to play the game as a shooter or a rpg.

Umm....dude, you're totally wrong. You can shoot without aiming on this game, it auto-targets to a certain degree, so it's useful with a shotgun. You can move with the 1st person aiming up. The first Uncharted was made like this to compensate for the type of gameplay that it consists of. Jumping, scaling cliffs, all of that including the shooting aspect. Don't compare this game to a game such as RE4. Ever.
