Why not just say you don't want people to be able to smoke in public so that you won't have to smell it? Using that argument for it not to be legalized sounds like you just don't want people to be able to enjoy weed. Also, it takes more than smelling the smoke to get you high, so this won't cause a bunch of people to be running around accidentally high.

There is no possible way, it is physically impossible, for the "costs" of legalization to outweigh the costs we currently have in Prohibition. Prohibition costs billions to enforce, and doesn't keep ANYONE away from the drug, if they want it.

How healthy is it going to be when the big growing companies are in control of its production? I image there will be plenty of chemicals added in. Noone ever considers that though.
