@GermanBellyFan I dont believe I stated anything was pointless, "Zentai" I intended merely to state my opinion. Im sorry if you thot I was making any type of judgement about your dropping weight. I loved what you had going on at your heaviest, and my comment to that effect was merely a statement of my opinion. Frequent OR sudden gaining and losing has been shown to be much more detrimental to your health and longevity than being overweight and maintaining it ;-)
@mk202 I know it isn't the best for your health to let your weight go up and down like that, in general.
But what I like about it is, that I already have a much bigger selection of clothing, that I can travel comfortably on a plane, that I may ride a segway again, that problems with sciatica or anything similar are history now.
It's not that I didn't enjoy what I was doing at all. It's just that it is as much history as my back problems.
i have never felt more disappointed or lost or whatever in this site
