  • Love this script should be called "autopwn-wifi" Tried the 4.4 out nice man good for us lazy people but i use a tablet so if i can do away with all the typing the better LOL.

To everyone else learn some basics on backtrack before you mess around with stuff like this.

  • These vids attract a lot of noobs trying to hack WiFi :p

  • @TNTstuka Them be called "Script kiddies"

  • Yup it worked. I feel like a moron lol.

  • ~/desktop/autocrack$ sudo ./autocrack.sh

    sudo: ./autocrack.sh: command not found

    Still nothing.

  • @DeeJayTas Is the file name called "autocrack.sh"? if so then change it's permissions to allow execution. if you dont know how to do this simply type in "sudo chmod 777 autocrack*.sh" then try running it again (maybe this time with "sudo ./autocrack*.sh" )

  • @ukilliheal I totally forgot to chmod it's perms.. derp. will let you know.

  • @DeeJayTas Did you save the file on the correct location?

  • sudo ./autocrack.sh is returning command not found; placed the script in my /etc/ Any idea why?

  • @DeeJayTas I would recommend placing it in it's own folder (maybe on your desktop) then change directory to that folder, then type in ./autocrackVERSION.sh (replace VERSION with the version number i.e.: ./autocrack4.3.sh ) i also recommend telling your network manager to turn off the wifi card.

  • This would be awesome on mobile phones :P

  • @bamboozel1234 What was keeping it from working on some mobile phones was it's ability to open new windows. I reprogrammed it so that ability is gone by default so it can be ran on some phones out there.

  • @ukilliheal Which phones?

  • @bamboozel1234 I have received some reports of it working on Nokia N900

  • @ukilliheal Hey, nice vid, do you know if it works on iPhone too?

  • @SpeedAbsolution Im pretty sure that it wont work.

  • Great job writing this program.!

  • what's the difference with wepbuster?

  • @djhio This script is basically the same as wepbuster, but with a few more features. Like the ability to run for weeks on end without touching it(if you run it in it's self repeating mode). You can also have autocrack use festival to tell you whats going on. It also seems that my my script is till under development while wepbuster isnt.

  • Wesside?

  • @spokehedz wesside is nice but i have never been able to get it to work. it all ways sees and attacks wifi networks that arnt there. But thats probably just me and my computer (well 5 computers now). + it only seems to attack one network at each run. Mine attacks all networks, and with "auto" argument it will run until you tell it to stop, hacking any new network it sees. But im not forcing you to use my script, im just say "hey world, look wat i made!". Use what ever program you want.

  • @ukilliheal share man !

  • wepbuster is awesome

  • Great job man!

  • Looks like it works great, good job.
