I'd rather just go buy an 2008-2009 model. 178hp stock. sucks how bikes are dinosaurs after 3-4 years. My 2001 RC51 is still an all time favorite even compared to my 2005 repsol.
Mike Velasco has been a tuner for 3-time world champion Freddie Spencer, AMA Superbike champion Fred Merkel, WERA champion Dave Sadowski, multiple Washington State #1 plate holder Mike Sullivan, AMA Superbike factory Ducati rider Larry Pegram, and more. I'm pretty sure he knows what he's doing. Maybe if you'd read the video description....

the new 08 makes 165 at the wheel stock. I can't wait. It will be my new bike. then looking forwards to reaching 180 at the tire with mods.
