When you were having your hair / makeup done, was the excitement of the situation still the first thing going through your mind, or was the tedium starting to take over a bit?

Heeey. Long time! :) Nice to hear from ya. Well, it was cool, I mean I've been through long appointments at the hairdresser before so its not exactly new. But it was a little tiring as it took so long. But not really boring coz I was concentrating on capturing things on video (camera angles, zoom etc) as well, so that kept me occupied. :)

@kazzart Yes, I've been trapped in that realm known as "real life" for a bit - figured now was as good a time as any to escape, even if only briefly! Staying busy at the radio station, working on a weekly webcast that I'm doing now (hoping it becomes a full-fledged radio show at some point), and making tentative plans to return to England to visit friends again. :)

Man that hair and makeup take forever. You look good though. This makes me miss doing these kind of projects, but yeah, the waiting, and waiting, and waiting. Then all of a sudden you have to perform perfectly. Still a lot of fun!

Thanks!! :) Yeh well, wat you saw on video was the ultra-ultra-ultra-mega condensed version. Actually it took me AGES to video edit that section! I had like 100 cuts on my time line just for those 4-5 mins.. :/

Yeh ... that whole, all of a sudden, your on!! And u just have to get up and do your best no matter how u feel. Challenging but fun. :)

Eeek I still have a lot of footage to edit for the next part! And as for the finished product, u and me both man....

Aw thanks. Though, trust me, my life isn't always exciting. Often its just plain tiring, stressful, demanding, painful etc etc.

ROFL. Yeh she took a long time, even for a makeover (about 1.5 hours!) Towards the end of the makeup session if u look carefully, u can see me sigh in a way that meant "Is she done yet?"

Ahh... that is day 2. There is still to come the salsa roof terrace scene and poolside party scene. :) Afaik the final product isn't finished yet.. still in post-production/editing phase. This ain't youtube - as u prolly know, these things take ages IRL. :)
