  • tune your guitar

  • @bripolar start playing guitar ;)

  • I have a 4500. what are your settings and what are you boosting with?

  • @revelinswine I don´t remember the settings. I just turned them by listening. The boost comes from a Korg A5. The A5 is switched off, just the input/output knob is dialed for more volumen output. A simple clean boost would do the same job. You need to push the input volume from a jcm 900 to become more gain. there are a lot of other possibilitys but this is what I liked most.

  • anything to boost? or pure marshall lead??

  • @MyRavenMusic just a level boost. no extra gain.

  • I love Gibsons! I am getting one from Thomann! It is a Gibson Les Paul Studio (Faded Cherry).

  • why do u play such crap robotic like music?

  • just asking cuz i see this so much but have never seen it up close, what is that BLACK RECTANGLE underneath the JCM 900 lable??????

  • it´s a oicture of a tube.. sideways.. 5881 or something

  • @Remnufacture 5881 is the same as a 6L6.

  • wich is louder jcm 800 or 900?

  • never tried that.. it´s a 100 watt all tube.. you don´t need a louder one, even 50watt works fine. crank up a vox ac 30.. let your ears bleed.

  • is this an epiphone?

  • gibson

  • @Remnufacture your absolutely right, wattage means almost nothing...you can rock that shizit with an Orange Tiny Terror (5 watts) :)

  • @fmbighair 7 or 15 watt ;) I really like the tiny terror. but playing it with 15 watt provides you with a little bit more headroom. sounds better in my opinion :) also tried the vox nightrain, the ac 4 and two jet city amps. it´s awesome what you could get from this low wattage things :) really helpfull for home or studio. the small randall rm 20 or rm 22 is wicked, too. maybe the king of low watt combos

  • Why is there thick dark text under where it Says JCM900, they only have text like that on the SLX, and you say that's a 4100.

And how did you manage to get so much feedback at the start? My Marshall never hums like that.

  • well, the 4100 is one of the first 900 series build.the slx types are later produced amps with a lot more of gain but if you ask me, this one got enough gain for plenty of styles.i´ve tried a slx by myself and the first thing i thougt was, hey..nice gain but what the hell happend to the clean chanel???!!!

  • It says 5881, it's a sticker that all the 5881 900s have

  • The sticker for the 5881's is on the inside.

  • I have one. Trust me folks, It's all the balls you'll ever need. There's nothing quite like Marshall tone and feedback,

Thank you very much for posting this :~D

  • is this straight into the amp, or do you have pedals in front of it?

  • just a volumen-boost in front. no extra distortion or something else.

  • Is that an AVT marshall cabinet underneath those heads? And is that the cabinet you are using? If not, what cab is it?

  • old cab from the valvestate series. pretty the same cab ayou get from this cheap marshall mg. but it´s better then that new low budget cabs from marshall. i don´t use that cab for live sessions. it´s a practical one for home...

  • what randall amp is under you marshall head

  • it´s a rm 100 :)

  • what settings do you have on this, more specific volume controls, i might get this head, and was wondering around where the volumes should be to still get good tone out of it when in my room.

  • don´t think about amp volumen... this amp only would makesome wicked krkrschchchchgrkrrr noise in very low volumen^^ better you know that it has to be louder or buy a silencer together with that amp. so you would have a very nice sound on lower volumen.
