  • Horton is so Handsome.

  • @Huntinbear you have not heard about GIULIANO STROE ! :)))

  • @stroeiulian04 I looked him up. Impressive athlete, but Horton is more my taste.

  • @Huntinbear ok :)

  • jonathan is my fave!!

  • I love Horton. I was so happy for him when he won the medal on highbar.

  • and u are the most amazing gymnast the world has ever seen.

  • cuz he was better! and he would've CRUSHED him in beijing even with his injury

  • It was great seeing the US Men succeed in spite of injuries. I have loved watching J. Horton compete over the years and thought he would make the team after seeing him compete in a Houston gym eight years ago. I was so pleased to see Raj get his change to step up and be on the team and contribute to another outstanding effort. Here is a video of some Junior Men who went to Junior Nationals. They go to the Gym where Paul and Morgan Hamm went early in their career.

  • ugh I hate how everyone was like "well now that Paul and the other Hamm are hurt the guys should just be excited that they got to the Olympics but they're not going to do very well" Dominique Dawes should have shut her stupid face with that comment. The guys did a great job, forgetting the score of 12 of course, but aside from that they really didn't do very bad for first time Olympians.

  • isnt it said that the hamms cant compete? justin horton is really good on bars but he needs to work on pommel horse (the beast)

  • i like jon on the gym team i think that he

is a good sport and he can do a lot of things on the bars

  • John is Hella HOT!!!!!

  • gymnast always have the best bodies

  • Paul is no longer competing..Raj is replacing him.. relax everyone! Jesus

  • I hope that Durante continues!

  • thanks for uploading the vid. =)

  • Paul still has to show readiness prior to the olympics, so it isn't 100% certain that Paul is going to Beijing, he might be replaced by Artemev, Bhavsar or Durante. But still, with that fall in the prelims, paul still had the highest score of the prelims.

  • are you nuts? Hamm is the best gymnast we have. Had his hand healed adequately he'd have done us proud. Putting him on the team was a no brainer

  • well they will see and if hamm is not beter in time they will not let him on the team but if he is back to his potential he should be the leader of the us olympic team. y are u stressin so bad over it?

  • Don't be ridiculous.... Yes Paul couldn't compete but putting him on that team is a no brainer. He is the reigning Olympic champion, not to mention he has won every single meet since his comback. Sasha is inconsistent, and not nearly as good as Paul Hamm, even with a broken hand.

It's a shame he pulled out, the U.S. really needed him!

  • sasha saved the team on pommel horse for the team finals. didnt you watch the olympics?

  • Yes I did watch the olympics, and Sasha was great. But the fact is, he is inconsistent and never hits. It doesn't amtter how good you CAN be, it matters how good you are and what numbers you put up. Sasha hadn't been putting up beneficial numbers to the team, Paul was. Which is why Paul made the team and Sasha was amde an alternate.

  • shut up. hamm should have been on the team but since he CANT be on the team they put in sasha and some other people. and we still did really good in the team finals we werent even expected to pose any threat at all and we got third place!!!

  • No one has a resume like Paul Hamm! I'll admit that a lot of the people at the Wachovia had no idea that Paul was even capable of being named. We didn't realize there were other requirements; most people I spoke to thought that just the two top men were going to be named. However, putting him on the team was a no-brainer. There was never any question.

And John was a lock. He's one of the best American gymnasts.

  • where is he? he cant hit a routine under pressure, so why would you put him on the olympic team?

hopefully this will drive him to become more consistent for 2012.

  • oh my gosh were is sasha!!! look him and his dad up!!!! alexander and vladimir artemev he was the 1988 olympic champion shacha should have made it.

  • sasha's dad looks like Walter Mercado

  • Sasha is far too inconsistent to be on the team. He's a fabulous gymnast, but he lets those nerves get to him. I don't doubt that we'll see him in 2012, but we just can't afford to send him this year. Even on the pommel, his best event, the likelihood of him staying on is 25%. Let him be an alternate, get used to the Olympic ideal, and come back in 2012, more mature and ready to take on big competition.

  • The 1988 Olympic Champion was not Sasha's dad. That gymnast was Vladimir ArteMOV, who was a contemporary of Vladimir ArteMEV, Sasha's father, on the Svoiet National Team in the 80s. Plus Sasha's father's accomplishments should not (and do not) have any bearing on his own personal qualifications as a gymnast.

  • shut up sashas good, and i bet even he's a million times better than you so dont judge him.

  • Man if raj doesn't make it then thats gonna b some bullshit!!!

  • Raj is a great gymnast and a decent all-arounder. However, he isn't strong in the events we need. Right now, our biggest problem is pommel and Raj gets a max of 14. He's a fabulous alternate, though, because he can fill in almost anywhere.

  • wut are you talking about. sasha is not even in this videeo. he is hot tho

  • Artemev is a sexy bitch. :)

  • omg jonathan horton the things i'd like to do to him mmmmmmdaddy

  • oh shut up. But I believe Artemev is waaaaay cuter!

  • Don't speak girly girls...this is a serious event and all you can talk about is how cute one of the athletes is??? GROW UP!!!

  • So you mean we must put our feet well over the ground?

  • Whatever, just don't talk about the athletes like their just some muscle-headed beef cakes. It's immature. That shit is SO high-school. But, yes, keep your feet on the ground and your legs closed.

  • Don't worry. We will dad:)
