@HansSteenbakker yes its definatly a good form but the muscles have a brain 0f their own , anything will work but it wont work forever u gottaa ALWAYS throw twists and turns to fool your muscles and im sure your aware of that sir,and what i mean by twists and turns , imean in in every possible way not just with workout form or intensity but with, number workout days, number of recovery days, weight increasing , weight decreasing with more reps, all these add up to form a better human physic.
