i did what u told me prtscn i pressed it and i did control + V in paint and nothing happened plz help me if u can ^^

Try again? Make sure it is the print screen button that you press. Then control+V (both at the same time) in Paint. It has to paste it. otherwise, click on Paste at the "home" tab on paint . There is no workaround. If it's still not pasting, then open Word and try pasting something there using control+v and see if that works on Word. If it doesn't work on word, then something is wrong with your computer because Ctrl+V is "Paste" in any program.
