Abs has a solo album (Escape from the Pigeon Hole),Flowtation Device with DJ Fase(also canadian.Format has `Music for the Mature B-Boy`,`If You Can`t Beat `em join `em` and he also has done the `Rightful Ear` and Fabriclive` compilations.There is also a nice `Essential` mix he did on radio 1 (i think). all of it is certainly worth checking out.(especially `mature b-boy) if you get a chance to see em live,DO IT!
