OMG Those are the most amazing glute ham raises I have ever seen! They seem to defy of the laws of physics or something :P. Your pullups are excellent too! How is your training going? Are you training for a particular sport/purpose?
I would suggest that for your 'dragon flag' you spend at least half of your time focusing on keeping a hollow body instead of arching your lower back so that the strength transfers over better to other things like front lever. Personally I think it's nice to build strength in both arched and hollow positions, but the arched strength won't transfer as much to other straight body work since it doesn't build the strength to keep the hips rotated back/up.
i'd love to have a female like Ida here, to help motivate and push some of the females that have started training with us. Amazing strength, but flexibility and core is so important.
