@beargio she was only pregnant twice, so technically the average number of kids per family is 2.3 kids, which would technically be 2.3 pregnancies, so she has had less pregnancies and they did fertility drugs cause the wanted 3 kids,

LOVE the Gosselins! God bless 'em, Jon and Kate have hell to go through sometimes, but are so lucky at the same time. And they know they are still the same people they fell in love with...it's just that they have a job to do....they have to dig in and hunker down and get the job done. Not a lot of time for romance, I don't imagine, and if there was, they'd be too tired, LOL. It was hard for me raising one, I can't imagine 8! But it will keep getting easier as they get older.
