what do I do if I'm just replacing the ball joint itself? also, do I have to remove the hub assembly to do upper and lower ball joints? I want to do this job myself, but I don't want to screw with removing the wheel hub assembly.
Excellent job on teaching and video !!!! The only trouble I had was to find witch video to watch first. Keep up the good work. Thank GOD for people like you who are willing to share your knowledge with us and enable us to do our own repairs and save money. Be Blessed Marty
@ijustgottasaythis why would you say that he did it the right way. he is ASE certified so he is an expert. Oh and hes an expert mechanic. if you didnt know what he was doing it is called being a mechanic! for those like you who are mechanically challenged.
what size are thebolts/nuts for the upper control arm. am about to do this on my 98 ford expedition and was just wondering ifit wasnt some odd ball size, thanks
@fordwindsor351 Usually on the later model Fords like that it will more than likely be metric. But who knows since American manufacturers have a tendency to mix and match SAE/Metric
